I took my uwsa 1 today.

Totally devastated
Exam in 4 weeks
Took NBME6 offline 2 months back=41 mistakes
Did uw once =55percent
Did wrongs of few systems in tutor mode
I found uwsa1 extremely tough and I think I was hazy on most of the concepts
What should I do now

You should be happy that you found your weaknesses before your real exam. Doesn’t matter you apply late 1 month. But CK score is critical. I remember in 2018, i was running short of time, I tried my best to take ck to be able to apply for 2019 match but my uwsa scores were not in my target range, what i did?? I didn’t apply that year, took time, waited whooooole one year, it was difficult to wait but I controlled myself, next year I applied with my target ck score and matched last year
