If i get a seat in first round and then i forfeit that seat and do not sit in 2nd round, am i eligible for mop up and will i get my fees back? And do i have to report to the allotted college for forfeiture?
if you are alloted any seat in round 1 or 2 then not eligible for mop up
If you get round 1 and not willing to take go to concerned college and surrender then only you will get 2l back
If you register for round 2 then not eligible for other counselings like state and others
