If I got a seat in round 1 and don’t report to the college,then what happened?

yeah you have to report to said college and surrender the seat personally to qualify for free exit
exactly my point. If u don’t report to the institute, it’s free exit
if not reported to alloted seat in round one…means free exit…and free exit candidates can register again for second round counselling
Whether u take seat or not u have to report to college if u want or don’t want…otherwise not eligible for further counselling
But you need to report to the college and resign in 2 days…that is free exit
U can not participate in further rounds of counseling…
Ur deposit money of 25 k will b wasted.,never b refunded back to u
If he/she do not report to the allotted institute…Then will b ineligible to participate in further rounds of that counseling…

free exit in 1st round means u won’t loss ur 25k…but u r out of the ccouncelling can not participate in 2 nd round
