In an ENT finals exam

In an ENT finals exam, there is a case of hearing loss in which the examiner wants to test your basics on rinnes test and webers test.
The examiner asks you to perform those tests and tell which type of hearing loss it is.
The students finds RINNES + in BOTH ears
And
WEBER is lateralised towards right
Type of hearing loss?

Rinne positive in both year may either denote Normal hearing in both ears or Sensorineural hearing loss in both.
Lateralization of Weber towards right means The Right ear is either normal or has Conductive Hearing Loss or lesser degree of Sensorineural hearing loss as compared to the Left ear. Conductive hearing loss can be ruled out by Positive Rinne in this ear.

Considering the above scenario, it becomes clear that Left ear is suffering from Sensorineural Hearing Loss meanwhile Right ear may either be normal or with a lesser degree of sensorineural hearing loss.
Hence, the definite ans is Left
Sensorineural hearing loss.
