In the explanation it is written that reconstruction surgery should be done at 6 years of age bcoz pinna is fully devloped at 6 years of age but isnt the pinna fully devloped already at birth ? ( in what means is the devlopment being talked about ? )
Means at 6 year you are having adult size of pinna… After that no further growth…
Fully developed and full growth to adult size are different things. Pinna is developed at birth but it continues to grow !
