Is Foundation Competencies signed off the same as CREST signed off? Can someone tell me the difference? If I started working in the NHS in September, which is more possible for me to apply for an IMT training round 2 for coming year?
CREST is the form you get signed if you are not in a training program. People in the foundation training get their competences signed off by completing the training, so they don’t use CREST form.
If you don’t go through the foundation training, the CREST form is your only option
