Is this medicine can cause hepatic changes or any damage… Please guide

Cyclosporine is nephrotoxic… Very minimal toxicity in liver…
50 mg is minimal dose… Upto 150 mg per day usually does not cause any side effects…
Monitor sgpt, rft and total count after 6 weeks of starting cyclosporine… Then once in 3 months
