laproscopic surgery for ruptured ectopic with hugh blood loss
pa,tient came in emergency in semiconscious condition with h/o continuous bleeding since 7 days after 2 month of amenorrhoea. when investigated it waas found to be a ruptured ectopic she was transfused with 2 unit blood and on dopa - dobuta 5ml/hr and she was operated laparoscopically and you can see the blood loss. she was discharged with 2 another blood transfusion.
