Mcc clarification on cip / lokpriya registration and stray vacancy eligibility or registration

MCC CLARIFICATION ON CIP / LOKPRIYA REGISTRATION AND STRAY VACANCY ELIGIBILITY OR REGISTRATION

IN THE EARLIER POST MENTIONED 2 QUERIES WHICH REQUIRED CLARITY AND GOOD TO SEE THAT MCC HAS CLARIFIED BOTH, ALMOST.

CIP Ranchi & Lokpriya fresh registration

  1. If you wish to fresh register for CIP Ranchi, Lokpriya Psychiatry seats (only) select OTHERS in the drop down. Select yes for Central Univ and the drop down would have IP, DU, AMU, BHU and OTHERS.
  2. AI R2 allotted but not joined candidates may be able to register now through this OTHERS option.

Interested in registration for Stray vacancy eligibility alone

  1. If you are AI R2 allotted and not joined, register in mop up now and pay amount, and later druing stray you can possibly check if you are eligible for Stray vacancy through this registration.

  2. If you are freshly registering (reduced cut off or first time registering), register in mop up now and pay amount, and later during stray possibly check if you are eligible for Stray vacancy through this mop up registration.

  3. For those AIQ candidates registered before AI R2, who were not allotted in AI R2, you would be able to login now (check login), and therefore you are already registered, and don’t think there is any fresh registration required for stray eligibility. Check with MCC on this. Dont need to reset or reregister if you are able to login and see choices in mop up, without checking with MCC

  4. You have to register for Deemed quota for deemed stray eligibility. Only if not allotted in mop up eligible for Stray.

  5. For BHU or any other Central Univ stray eligiblity, MCC has left it open. As of now anyways fresh regn. is only available under Others (if you are not central univ mbbs and dont want to register for deemed, you can only register under Others anyways). So registration for stray would possibly mean registration under Others. Can’t assure but this is only possible now. But register and wait for eligiblity if you wish to take that chance.

  6. Once you register you would see CIP and Lokpirya seats at least (minimum these two choices). If you don’t fill choices, your registration remains active for stray. That’s the logic. Which stray depends on which quota you have registered as.
