A 50 year old white woman, 3 weeks ago Hx of tiredness, pallor, her eyes is yellow, slight jaundice, Hg 9 g/dL, Retics 8%, T bilirubin 2mg/dL (indirect reacting), microspherocytes in Peripheral smear, Coombs +ve.
What u suspect is happening, and cause ?
1- ineffective erythropoiesis.
2-intravascular hemolysis.
3-extravascular hemolysis.
