Moisturizing Avocado Mask

Moisturizing Avocado Mask

AVOCADO CONTAINS:
Many important phytochemicals, antioxidants, vitamins A, E, D and B6, amino acids and minerals, such as potassium, sulfur, copper, iron and magnesium. But most importantly - fatty acids (it has a high fat content - nearly 30%), which provide nutrition and intense hydration to our hair, keeping moisture in the hair cells. Therefore, avocado promotes hair growth and prevents hair loss. It gives shine to dull hair; strengthens hair roots, and restores damaged and lifeless hair.

The mask preparation:

  1. Cut the avocado in half and remove the pulp out of one half using a teaspoon. Place the pulp in a blender.
  2. Open 2 capsules of vitamin E, or use an oil solution of vitamin E. Add it to the blender to the avocado pulp.
  3. Also, add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil: jojoba, olive, coconut or almond.
  4. Stir the mixture in a blender until a homogeneous mass and apply a mask to the hair.
Keep the mask on your hair no more than 15 minutes, then rinse with warm water.
