My original documents are in my college in west of India, i dont know how am i going to acquire my documents from one state and travel to another state which will have my alloted college in 2nd round in just 7 days,

U should make it a post so that many people msg them then only they will listen.
Ask someone to collect your documents and speed post it to you or travel by air to avoid quarantine

There might be a very few students who reported physically in round 1 and have their documents with the college. You have mailed mcc and it’s pretty much the only thing you can do so far unless mcc clarifies about this process of reporting after round 2. May be book your flight tickets at least to your round 1 college from now and try finding some contact there so that you can withdraw your documents in one day when you reach and then leave for round 2 college.
