My training post starts in December 2020. I had my last apraisal in non training post in Nov 2019. Now my 2nd apraisal is due in Nov 2020 (at my non training post currently). Can I deliberately avoid it (if its unnecessary because of ARCP in 2021) or should I rather go for this apraisal? I just dont have any external CPDs and therefore want to avoid apraisal if its not needed anymore (because im joining training).
This is the time where it would be easy to explain everything even deaneries were bit relax due to COVID and as it’s coming before start of training you should do this…you have to submit your appraisal to deanery responsible officer as well once you start as they will send recommendations for your revalidation.
