NEET PG 2018 Exam Pattern

As mentioned above, the test will be held in a computer-based mode and it will include 300 MCQs based on 15 different topics. The number of questions in each section/topic will differ from each other. This year, NBE has introduced a negative marking scheme i.e. for every wrong attempt 1 mark will be deducted. Topics of NEET PG exam 2018

The test included 300 questions based on 15 different topics. To know about the various topics on which the questions will be based, aspirants must make sure that they become familiar with the NEET PG syllabus 2018. With the help of the syllabus, candidates will be able to prepare accordingly and avoid wasting time on unnecessary topics.     How to prepare for NEET PG 2018?

Before aspirants start preparing for NEET PG 2018, they must go through the exam pattern and syllabus of the test. With the help of the NEET PG exam pattern and syllabus, candidates will understand the structure of the test and topics on which the MCQs will be based. Then, the aspirants can start solving the NEET PG sample papers or old question papers. After solving each sample paper or old question paper, candidates must analyse their answers to know their preparation level. While solving the sample papers or NEET old question papers, candidates are advised to keep a track of time and try completing the paper within 3 hours 30 minutes.

Also, aspirants can opt for the demo test to check their preparation level. Only the candidates who have applied for the NEET PG 2018 will be able to write the demo test. The NEET PG demo test will help aspirants to know about the test structure, navigation, layout, and other functions of the actual test.
About NEET PG 2018

National Board of Education (NBE) conducted NEET PG 2018 on January 7, 2018 for admission to the MD/MS and PG diploma programmes of around 181 medical and dental colleges of India. This year, the exam officials have made Aadhaar details mandatory except for the candidates from Assam, Jammu and Kashmir and Meghalaya. Aspirants with an MBBS degree and a provisional or permanent certificate issued by the Medical Council of India (MCI) or State Medical Council (SMC) can apply for the test. The NEET PG result has been released on Jan 24, 2018 online and the exam officials will release four merit list that will include name, rank, scores and other details of the candidates shortlisted for the counselling rounds. On the basis of the candidate’s rank and college preference, seats will be allotted to the candidates.
