On March 24 2021, 6 NBME will be get retired, if you purchase the test, you will still be able to use it within 90 days of the purchase day. I would highly recommend to use the old one for any student who plan to take the exam during the next two months because the pre retired NBME are very accurate since the whole exam is depending on how did you do in comparison to to the other, and there are thousand of student who already took these tests.
