-PRP is an autoinflammatory skin condition presenting generally as red-orangish scaly plaques with islands of sparing. Follicular plugging typically causes the lesions to feel rough when touched.
-It is sometimes associated with Psoriasis
-Il-12/23 blocking biologics have been reported to work in PRP
-This case report shows the response to a biologic with an Il17-alpha blocking action (secukinumab).
