Post open pyeloplasty ( one year back ) for left PUJO
H/o recurrent fever and stenting .
Now presented to us with
Severe hydronephrosis and fever.We did PCN one month back.
Presently urine output is 1500 ml with DTPA good function.
Nephrostogram , RGP and CT revealed PUJ stricture and upper ureteric stricture with thinning of parenchyma in the lower pole
Surgery planned ureterocalycostomy
Uretro calycostomy done without tension with wide calycostomy opening.
Extensive adhesions were there around PUJ , will update the followup.
No chance of flap or end to end as 5 cm of ureter was badly damaged
