(Early) • Radical Prostatectomy

  1. Locally advanced disease. (Organ involved + capsule invasion or seminal vesicles involvement)

Two months of Androgen deprivation therapy (ADT) to suppress the gland followed by External Beam Radiotherapy.

  1. Metastatic disease

• Androgen Deprivation Therapy (Palliative)

Bilateral orchidectomy – If spinal cord compression

Or Medical castration using luteinising hormone releasing hormone agonist like Goserelin.

  1. For Hormone refractory Prostate cancer:

Chemoradiation therapy
