X-ray of a 25 y/o female shows
- The left hip shows almost complete loss of the femoral head with abnormal alignment within the acetabulum.
2)The right, shows severe femoral head collapse and flattening, with extensive sclerosis and reduced joint space. All Features of advanced osteonecrosis (avascular necrosis) and severe secondary degenerative joint disease.
