So after training and exercising my knee for a whole year to not get the surgery

So after training and exercising my knee for a whole year to not get the surgery, I won’t be able to play the sport I love again if I don’t because my tibia keeps shifting no matter how strong I make my knee.🤔

My surgery is on Tuesday (22nd) which is one Christmas present I didn’t have on my list 😂 I just want some advice really on a few things…

What days was the pain the worst after surgery?
