The eyes are injected

A 36-year-old gentleman presents with a painful blistering rash affecting his body. The lesions are very itchy and fragile. He has been feeling unwell and his appetite has reduced remarkably. On examination there are erythematous papules and blisters on the palms, dorsum of hands (see figure), forearms and a few on the trunk. The lips are eroded with multiple aphthous ulcers in the mouth. The eyes are injected. What is the most likely diagnosis?
