The Heart is located at where
rib cage, under and slightly to the left of the breastbone (sternum)
The heart is located in the left hypochondriac region of the throxic cavity just above the lungs.
1/3Right side of sternum
2/3 left side of sternum
Normally left side but may rarely at right side too (dextrocardia)
