This is the state of closed cases in the world …ie either recovered or death…see the death rate is so high(18 percentage)…whether we are underestimating the power of virus or it is just because of the fact that we are labelling serious / death cases only as corona neglecting milder one? Or it is due lack of testing
As majority doesn’t need hospitalization …i think this number reflect mortality among moderate or severe cases. see in south korea they did aggressive testing so all three mild, moderate and severe spectrum pt. were included in their numbers so mortality rate was less. But i can Be wrong this is just my theory.
