Tore the ACL and media meniscus in my right leg in December. Surgery was end of January. Meniscus repair failed so they cleaned it up in July. Finally going back to work (physical labor) in a week or so. Because of my return to work, I won’t be going to PT any more. I’m gonna ask the therapist for exercises, but also figured I’d ask in here to see what people have seen help or hurt…

what exercises can I do to help my lateral movement?

I wanna get back into sports and I’m terrified to twist to swing a bat or even round bases when I resume running
