We are looking for an individual consultant for the below mentioned assignment.

Assignment Name: Consultancy Service for Conducting a scoping study for establishment of an education management information system (MIS)

For Strategic Adviser for Education Management Information System (MIS)

  1. Possess advanced degree i.e. PhD and a Master degree in public health, social sciences, economics, ICT, computer sciences, business management;

  2. Possess at least 7 years of proven experiences in the field of public health or related areas of the health system of Bangladesh;

  3. Can demonstrate at least 2 examples of establishing Management Information System (MIS) in any Government entity with description of projects/work;

  4. Has clear understanding about the medical as well as health professional’s education system in Bangladesh;

  5. Posses strong interpersonal skills and ability to dialogue with diverse stakeholders to create consensus around issues and capable of working in multi-cultural environments;

  6. Posses commendable writing and speaking capacity in Bangla and English
