I don’t usually delve in topics such as these, but my advice to you would be to not worry about exam date but focus on keeping your percentile in the GTs within 99th. Even if the exam is held early or after neet, you’ll have to be within the top 100 to even start expecting a decent seat of your desired branch.
Keep reading and giving tests periodically.
