  1. General appearance and VS
  2. Organ of complain examination
  3. Relevant organ examination BUT NOT IRRELEVANT ORGANS
  4. Office tests

Example one:
thyrotoxicosis:

  1. General appearance and VS
  2. thyroid gland,
  3. heart hand tremors, LL myxedema
  4. ECG

Example two:
diabetic foot:

  1. General appearance and VS
  2. both feet
  3. fundus and heart
  4. RBS and UDT
