dextrose water 500mls +quinine inj.600mg/2msl daily for 3days or u give it for stat, then Artemether 160mg daily for 3days that’s if adults. Also take note of the drip D/w not serve for a diabetic pt.

5% or half litre of Dextrose water , and add B.complex , then inj. Arthermeter , Beether or chloroquine through the scale vein needle or through the drip set .

Normal saline +5ml B complex +quinine injection o.1 ml 7 times an ACT tabs then injection chloroquine daily for 3 daysly
