In the management of Dka, the fluid replacement part, what you have taught sir, is different protocol from the Cmdt and few gp books, has there been any update ?
They mention replacing 4-5 lts with1-3 L during 1st hr, 1 L during 2nd & 1L during next 2 hrs.
Can you sir please solve the confusion.
