All vital signs are normal. He is also physically healthy. Just he is affected in such type of skin disease that I have noticed in picture. He used Betson N cream for 2 weeks but when there is no improvement he use Econate plus cream for 2 weeks.This cream is not also responding…
He is suffering from this skin disease for 1.5 years…his affected area is very rough and always feels itching.

Plaque psoriasis :
Clobetasol diproionate onit +Salicylic acid 7٪ onit in one mix under occulsion twice daily for 5days & rest from ttt 2days, can be repeated for 3weeks,
Cetrizine tab once daily for itching for one week,
After end of this regimen, he must take Omega 3 cap for ever
