When we gives him dye to drink, he started greenish vomitus
Taken to OR
Fibrous band (in Virgin abdomen) between caecum & sigmoid constricting ileal loop with pressure necrosis & perforation
Primary resection & anastomosis done hand sewen
The question is, from your experience : this fixed loop can be dependable in this circumstance to take decision for exploration?
