  • Anterior interosseus branch of median nerve is most commonly injured.

  • Neurological injury is associated in 7% to 15% of cases with the median nerve, especially anterior interosseous branch being the most common.
  • In posterolateral displacement the median nerve is involved most commonly (Median > radial > ulnar).
  • In flexion type of fracture, Ulnar nerve is involved most commonly.
