md pulmo or dnb general medicine …

MD pulmonary medicine if want job and easily pass settlement …but if want struggle more and more …haevy tension for passing job etc. then go DNB medicine
go with degree .i.e md /ms…it remain with you life long …and plz dont aspect after 3year residedency you will know everything about that …its gradual and very long process …name and money its absolutely dependant on you …
