In US ppl complete there medical school (mbbs) in 10 years…by dropping out…doing odd jobs to pay fees.

Because it will expose shortcomings of the system, living conditions of doctors. In US and Italy all doctors pictures are being circulated from time to time in press to pay respect. Everyone takes advantage of doctors silence and busyness
