60/ F cough since 4 week , non productive, minimal sputum, shortness of breath since 1 week.

Fever 1 week back now resolved.

Is this xray normal??? Is it bilateral plural effusion??? Or anything else ??

Sputum c/s & sputum AFB awaited… plz comment on xray findings

So many doctors here but no one commented on xray.

Btw as per respiratory consultant yes it’s bilateral pleural effusion but not very significant ,advised USG chest & 2d echo & continue same treatment
