76-year-old woman with chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL), now presenting with several weeks of worsening Toxic leukencepalopathy

vision loss, left facial droop, dysarthria, and memory loss

Findings FLAIR images show several large areas of hyperintense signal in the white matter of the right cerebral hemisphere ▶ and in the splenium of the corpus callosum. Small sites of cortical involvement are present. Th ere is little mass eff ect. Th ere is no abnormal enhancement.
