Prominent precordium with Left parasternal haeve

S1 loud

S2 wide split fixed with loud P2

Ejection systolic murmur at upper sternal border(suggestive of increased pulmonary flow)

Pan systolic murmur due to TR and Mid diastolic murmur due to functional TS(increased flow)

C X-ray was advised by consultant on round which appears as follows…
