A 14-year-old girl is presenting with chronic febrile illness

A 14-year-old girl is presenting with chronic febrile illness from past 18 months. From the past few days she has observed her urine colour as cola colored. On physical examination her blood pressure was 154/ 100 mm Hg. Her laboratory studies were showing serum creatinine 4 mg/dL, and urea nitrogen is 40 mg/dL. Urinalysis were showing 4+ blood with 2+ protein, without glucose, ketones, or leukocytes in urine. Her peripheral blood smear was showing characteristic trophozoites. Renal biopsy was performed, Immunofluorescence and electron microscopy was showing the features shown in below given image. Most likely diagnosis in this case will be?
