On presentation he hypotensive 80/55 HR 100 T 39

Patient admitted in icu as a case of COVID_19

ABDOMINAL examination mild lower abdominal tenderness. No masses

Investigation reavaled

WBC 26. Very high urea and crea., very high D dimer level. Troponon I 4.2

Echo showed genaralized hypokenetic changes with EF 35%

CT Abdomen showed acute no complicated appendicitis

List of provisional diagnosis is

COVID_19 myocarditis? PE? . Acute renal failure. with non comlicated appendicitis.

We where consulted for the appendicitis.
