A 7 year old boy come to emergency with torticollis

A 7 year old boy come to emergency with torticollis,a tender swelling behind the angle of mandible and fever.He had history of foul smelling ear discharge for past 4 years. examination of ear reveled purulent discharge and granulations in the canal.

What is the complete diagnosis?

Can be Tuberculosis causing Secondary Perforation in Ear Drum and CSOM.

Tender Swelling can be a Tubercular Abscess.

Can also be a Parapharyngeal Abscess

Can be long standing csom leading to complications like abscess and even lateral sinus thrombosis (intra cranial complication of csom) thus causing Torticollis
