A 70-year-old male presents with complaints of right shoulder pain for the past several years. Denies any injury to the shoulder. Has received multiple cortisone injections which no longer provide relief. Patient is retired but was a former laborer. His recreational hobbies include golfing.

PMH: Hypertension, hyperlipidemia

Focused upper extremity examination reveals skin without erythema. Forward elevation, abduction, and external rotation to 90, 70, and 20 degrees, respectively. Internal rotation to the sacrum. Cardinal hand motions intact. 2+ radial pulse. SILT throughout the hand.
