A case of CA oesophagus

A 64 yr old male
Treated case of CA oesophagus on follow up CT diagnosed with right upper lobe nodule
Referred for evaluation
CT chest suggestive of lesion noted in the right upper lobe
With positive bronchus sign
Radial EBUs guided forceps biopsy with fluoroscopy guidance done from the right upper lobe lesion suggestive of caseating granulomatous inflammation
It’s a great relief to both patient and us that we got a benign diagnosis and curable one
Always to keep TB in the back of mind as we are in TB endemic area
