A case of Colposcopy + endocervical curettage showing CIN 2/3 (HSIL)

a case of Colposcopy + endocervical curettage showing CIN 2/3 (HSIL)… The further treatment should be a Cone Biopsy Or A LLETZ?

Cone Biopsy is both Therapeutic and Diagnostic.

LLETZ cannot detect Microinvasive Ca Cervix.

So in this case I prefer Cone Biopsy to see if the CIN3 has progressed to a Microinvasive Ca

If endocervical curettage report comes +ve in HSIL (CIN 2/3) we should do cone biopsy to rule out micro-invasion as that can change the management plans for the patient.

Cone biopsy to further ascertain the management to be done

a are LLETZ toh treatment of choice boleche in CIN2/3
