it is swan neck deformity but i have a confusion that it looks like Boutonnière deformity due to the inverted V shape at PIP it looks like flexion and at DIP it looks like extension, can u please clear the doubt, thank you sir.
View the xray from lateral angle. The right side shows the knuckles so basically it is the dorsal side. The opposite side is volar side.
The PIP is in extension and DIP in flexion , s/o swam neck deformity.
