A pregnant lady is diagnosed of ovarian cyst, how it is to be managed
A. remove ovarian cyst by laparotomy in second trimester
B. Remove at the time of LSCS
C. wait and watch
D. immediately removal by laprotomy
If symptomatic : laparoscopic cystectomy irrespective of POG
If asymptomatic : Do lap cystectomy in 2nd trimester only if size on USG is above 10cm or any other signs suggestive of malignancy .
