Serious action must be taken against the college authorities first as they are failing to establish a safe place for residency…
After that all the concerned senior pgs should be suspended…
We too had strict seniors during residency but they tortured us to a level tolerable and that too to get work done… if they felt it was beyond they used to come to us to console us…
It never went too far… And beyond hospital premises they were best friends with us and took our utmost care !!!
I hate the culture in medical colleges! Why is the torture and toxicity normalized!! Why is mental health of doctors not a priority!!! All doctors should get therapy/counselling regularly and be checked up on!!!
