As it is an AR disease both the alleles

As it is an AR disease both the alleles should be present mother is minor and father is normal so no child will have major …if it wud have asked minor than 50%

Husband Is Normal and Wife Is T. Minor, As The Disease is Autosomal Recessive, Chance Of Normal Offspring is 50%, And T.Minor Is 50%, No Chance Of Thalassemia Major

Upto 3% means Normal…

And 3-8% means minor

Above 8% means major

So basically Rr* RR and in Punett Square no child will be having rr …so zero risk of having child with Thalassemia Major
