Can anyone please guide how to break mental block or fatigue ( fear of re joining back to residency). Physical pain can be managed but how to deal with mental drainout. Do advise it’s urgent. Thank you

Take break, believe me as a Psychiatry resident, even 1-2 day break, without any social interaction (only with family) makes me energetic again. Mental health is really important take it seriously, do some fun activity of your choice while you are on break.
