Can someone suggest me tips to study Anatomy in the first yr of mbbs ?
Order means when you study any bone lower or uper limb so first read out its location(origin and insertion ) then its muscles then vascular supply .
Practice as much as diagrams. Use bd chourasia… read according to question bank. Dont read whole BDC.
Just read everything in an order like in dissection layer by layer skin ,fascia,muscles etc.
For any topic say for example upper limb,you first read osteology then you read muscles ,Then compartment wise contents .
Don’t just mug up important questions ,it is waste of time. Atleast you have to give one complete reading of everything that is there in the textbook.
Try to practice of diagram
And continuously reading but not only reading try to understand OK all the best
