Can someone tell me what does pupillary light disassociation mean in parinaud syndrome?
Meaning that near reflex(accomodation) is normal but light reflex is negative
Think of it like this…what does prostitute do?they do not react but accomodate…its occur in tertiary syphilis and other diseases…lifght reflex is gone meaning when u shine light they dont constrict but accomdation is intact meaning when objevts come.from afar near they constrict
